CAK6136c CNC lathe advantage:
- The bed is made of high-grade cast iron (HT300) for one-time casting. It has good rigidity and strong anti-vibration ability. The guide rail surface is quenched by medium frequency to ensure long life, high precision and good retention.
- Opening of the upper part of the bed head box For the lock port style, the structure is rigid and can adapt to large cutting; the diameter of the through hole of the main shaft is large, supported by the precision high-speed bearing, the rotation is stable, and it can be re-cut and refined;
- The X-direction and the Z-direction adopt the precision grinding grade. The ball screw pair and the 60° screw special angular contact ball bearing support ensure high machining accuracy, positioning accuracy and precision retention. The machine tool uses a laser detector for dynamic accuracy detection and compensation before leaving the factory, so the machine has high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.
