How do I register as a seller or buyer?
Do I need to pay any registration fee?
Registration as Buyer is FREE of charge.
Will Seller or Buyer incur any charges?
If the transaction is made offline (i.e. If the Buyer contacts the Seller directly without placing an order online), NO transaction fee will be charged.
Only if a transaction is made on the Site, a 2.5% transaction fee will be charged on the Seller.

Who bears the delivery or shipping charges?
Delivery or shipping charges will be borne by the Buyer. All product prices published are non-inclusive of shipping or delivery charges. Delivery or shipping charges will be added to the product price when the buyer proceeds to "Checkout" page as displayed below.
If I purchase a product online, what is the estimated delivery time?
Buyers are reminded to check the shipping or delivery term and charges displayed on the Order Sheet prior to confirming the order. Final shipping or delivery term and charges shall be indicated on the Order Confirmation.
The delivery time depends on the product stock availability.

What is the difference between "ADD TO CART" and "REQUEST FOR QUOTE" products?
For “ADD TO CART” products, Buyer can directly click on “Add to Cart” to purchase the item and proceed to make payment via the Online Payment Service provided in the Site.
For “REQUEST FOR QUOTE” item, Buyer can only click on “Request for Quote” to submit or drop a message to Seller to request for quotation.
