This machine is mainly used for fully automatic production of flat masks and automatic forming, through roll material feeding, automatic transportation, nasal bridge strip and roll material synchronization and other breaking and cutting, mask edge folding, folding and flattening, ultrasonic welding and fusion, cutting and forming, ear bands ultrasonic welding with fully automatic processing.

Product Application:
Common disposable mask is mainly composed of three layers of non-woven fabric.
- The outer layer is water-repellent non-woven fabric, which is mainly used to isolate the patient's liquid;
- The middle filter layer is treated polypropylene melt-blown non-woven fabric;
- The inner layer is ordinary non-woven fabric;
The final production after the completion, it should be sterilized by ethylene oxide and left to stand for 7 days for volatile toxicity. After being sealed and packed, it is ready for shipment.
